Scoreboard Fitness
There are not many comprehensive ways to track your fitness. You can track your weight, track your mile time, track your press maxes,
but honing in just one of these physical compenents does not make you a fit person. The purpose of Scoreboard fitness is to encourage
people to do more than just keep the scale turning back, or increasing the weight on the bar. We want to see a world where people strive
to balance their physical fitness, and push themselves in every category to be as healthy as possible.

Be wary of the scoreboard! If it is going to discourage you to look at where you rank, then dont go to that page. The scoreboard is
meant for people like our founder Nate, who find a little bit of healthy compeition motivating, though we realize that not everyone will
look at their ranking the same way. Our advice is that you don't take it too seriously. The score is simply meant to help each user
get a better understanding of how they have improved their overall fitness as different athletic and physical factors change. Going
through a period where you are building and refining your body can be taxing, but we hope seeing your score improve over time will be
rewarding for our users, and push them to continue a healthy and active lifestyle.

Remember that while physical factors are how we measure our health, a large portion of what shapes these factors is our diet! Several
resources are linked at the bottom of this page to help you learn or imrpove your diet, and we hope you find them as useful as our site.

Remember that you practice how you play!
